Amy
Front Desk Manager
Amy grew up in Upstate NY and has lived in Smithville for 17 years now. She and her husband, Greg, have two daughters and have been married for 22 years and counting. When not at work, she enjoys rushing around to get to all of the girls’ sporting events, boating, and just spending time with family and making new memories.
Payton S
Front Office Assistant
Payton is a new addition to the team, working alongside her mom Amy. She’s always had a passion for helping others, and in her free time, she’s working on her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. She enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family, making Crumbl review videos with her little sister, or catching a flight to Florida to visit her boyfriend.
Angela
Treatment Care Coordinator
Angela has been working at GFD since 2004. In her new role as our TCC, she brings a wealth of knowledge to any patient with questions about any treatment we provide. Her favorite things about working here are the fun atmosphere, amazing patients, and her coworkers. During her time off, she enjoys going to her children’s sporting events, horseback riding, and spending quality time with her family.

Dental Assistant
Annalisa is bilingual and has worked as a dental assistant since 1995. She became a valued team member of the Garrison team in 2014. The thing she loves most about working in the dental field is helping patients feel more at ease with their treatment. Annalisa is a “foodie” who loves spending time with her family.
Michelle F
Dental Assistant
Michelle has been a dental assistant for 18 years. She has a calm spirit, which transfers to her patients and everyone around her. She strives to make sure every visit is as comfortable and as painless as possible for her patients. Outside of work, she spends time with her 4 children, Rodney, Stephen, Makenna, and Khalil. She also enjoys fishing, cooking, watching sports, and volunteering in her community.
Ashley K
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Wichita State University and joined the Garrison team in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, showing horses, running, hunting, and doing DIY projects with her fiancé, Kyle.
Sheila
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sheila is our newest hygienist at Garrison Family Dentistry, but she brings over 20 years of dental experience with her. She enjoys educating her patients on their oral health while getting to know them on a personal level. Outside of work, Sheila and her husband can often be found fishing in Branson or traveling to new places.
Amanda N.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). She has been part of the Garrison team since 2012. In her free time, she enjoys boxing, running, and spending time with her husband, Noah, and their two daughters.
Becky E
Registered Dental Hygienist
Becky joined the Garrison Family Dentistry team in 1998. She graduated from Johnson County Community College. She loves her job because she likes making a positive impact on her patients’ lives. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying her family, reading, paper-crafting, and spoiling her grandson.
Courtney M
Registered Dental Hygienist
Courtney graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry Division of Dental Hygiene in 2008. Courtney is passionate about patient care and finding the right course of treatment for your oral health needs. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, rehabbing furniture, and spending time with family and friends, catching a movie or concert, and trying to garden. A lot of plants have unfortunately been lost in the process, but never stop dreaming! A St Joseph native, she enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and promises to bring a smile or laugh at each appointment.
Jasmine T
Dental Assistant
Jasmine graduated with her biology degree from Alabama A&M, where she also played college soccer. Her favorite part about working in the dental field is helping people feel confident in their smiles again. Outside of work, she’s usually spending time with her dog Remi, family, and friends. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring Kansas City, and staying active by playing soccer.

Dental Assistant
Myia has been a dental assistant since 2019. Her favorite thing about assisting is making her patients feel comfortable and confident. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, painting, activities with family, friends, and fur baby Romeo, and traveling!
Teresa
Office Manager
Teresa brings over 18 years of dental office knowledge and experience to the practice. Her love for dentistry and for people are evident as she strives to ensure the office runs smoothly and our patients receive the best of care. She is in the sweet spot of life, enjoying her young adult kids and her baby grands.
